    Is there a minimum order?

    There is no minimum order.

    I’ve placed my order and need to make a change. Help!

    If you realize you’ve made a mistake with your order and need to correct it, please contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue at minimum cost and inconvenience.

  • Viewing Orders

    How do I view my orders?

    If you have an account, Login and you will see the “My Orders” on the left side of the page. If you do not have an account, contact us and we will be happy to assist with providing the appropriate information.

  • Shipping

    How do you ship?

    We deliver to U.S.A. addresses. If you have a special shipping need, contact us to discuss possible options. Our MSRP does not include shipping.

    What time must an order be received to ship the same day?

    Expedited orders must be received by 1pm ET to ship the same day.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped by the end of the next business day via the method you choose.

    How long will it take to get my DesignScape™ order?

    Unless otherwise noted, DesignScape™ orders are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via the method you choose.

    My order is heavy, will it cost more to ship?

    Packages weighing over 25 lbs could be subject to additional charges. We will contact you for payment information, if necessary. If you would like an exact shipping quote, contact us

    How can I track my order?

    For most orders, tracking information is provided via email. If you do not receive tracking information, please let us know.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Can I return my order?

    All sales on ApolloDesignScapes.com are final, due to the nature being a custom product. However, we will replace product only if an error has occurred on the production process.

    How do I set up and account?

    Creating an account is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Click here to begin.

    How do I reset my password?

    If you have an account, we will send you an email containing a link to reset your password. Click here to provide your email address. If you do not received the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you need additional assistance, please contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

    How do I edit my account?

    If you have an account, login and you will see the "Account Dashboard” on the left side of the page. Click to make changes. You can add to or edit your billing and shipping address book, manage preferences and newsletter subscriptions.

    How do I disable my account?

    Please contact us and we will be happy to assist with disabling your account.
